We were blessed with beautiful weather and lots of activities for the community to get involved in. Some of the star attractions were: our community gardens where participants planted veggies, the Hoola Hoop challenge run by local resident Kerri Smith, painting artwork for the Crosby road Walkway, the enchanted forest in Spargo park and many many more. Most people choose to walk or ride scooters and some even drove!!

The day finished with a community picnic at Moiré Park, where loads of prizes were given out and the crowd was entertained by Clifford & Geronimo Stilton. Local talent and then followed lastly by Captain Festus McBoyle and Fungal Finnegan the singing pirates, with local community groups hosting stalls.  It was amazing day for the Massey and West Harbour communities.
